Restorative Yoga

Focusing on chakra balancing yoga postures that require no muscular exertion, you will develop a sense of relaxation, restoration, and rejuvenation. Each pose is held for several minutes and deeply supported by props – blankets, bolsters, and blocks. Throughout the class as your body balances within, Nicole will give one on one Reiki to each participant and incorporate various essential oils to further guide your energy body into a relaxed state of balanced bliss. You will learn how to use them to promote a strong immune system throughout the winter. Briel will also cover helpful remedies when you do become sick. In addition to understanding how the herbs work, you'll learn how to use them in daily life, as there are many immune support herbs that can be added to foods and incorporated into your regular routine. Nicole will guide us with a meditation and open discussion on Reiki and energy work. Group healing is then provided in small groups with a Reiki Master at each table. A Reiki Circle is a gathering for sharing information and being part of a group Reiki healing experience. You do not have to be trained in Reiki to attend. Usui/Holy Fire Reiki is a natural and safe method of healing that everyone can receive. Although it is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. Reiki uses gentle touch to treat the mind, emotions, body, and spirit. Acupuncture & Reiki Integration

There will be blending options for caffeinated and non-caffeinated/herbal teas and a variety of taste profiles will be covered from spicy, minty and earthy teas to sweet and flowery teas. You'll make some teas to take home and have the opportunity to taste and touch a variety of herbs! We can't wait for this one!! Mantra and Stillness Meditation

Briel will introduce you to the flow and rhythm of chanting. You can join in or just listen. No previous mantra experience required. Following the mantra chanting, you will learn about and practice stillness meditation, a type of meditation where the object of focus is to be still. The collective energy of stillness is Amazing.
