April's theme is Compassionate Awareness. Compassionate awareness allows us to mindfully connect with and dissolve our automatic judgments and limiting beliefs systems. Through this non-judgmental awareness, we are able to release and refuel our true essence of self-love and kindness.
These weekly gatherings will be guided meditations lead by Sakarra Rae Stefaniak. Each month, meditations will focus on a different aspect of personal healing and transformation.
No meditation experience required.
