![]() We have been building our awareness and tools to assist with breaking down unwanted patterns and embracing our genuine self. Today we are going to explore impermanence which teaches us that nothing is permanent, everything changes. When we connect with this awareness, it can decrease our suffering, unhealthy attachments, and need for control. It improves our ability to embrace all of our emotions and allows us to go with the flow.
