We have been building our awareness and tools to assist with breaking down unwanted patterns and embracing our genuine self. Today we are going to explore impermanence which teaches us that nothing is permanent, everything changes. When we connect with this awareness, it can decrease our suffering, unhealthy attachments, and need for control. It improves our ability to embrace all of our emotions and allows us to go with the flow.
As part of this episode, I included a clip from an episode I co-hosted on the Dennis Alan City Boy Homesteader Podcast where we interviewed Phil Keto and Dustin Jang about their venture walking across the country. My dear friend, Ariane, joins me to talk through the stages and share her personal experience of working through the pain.
This statue is called "Emptiness" and was created by a grieving parent as an attempt to describe the pain of losing a child.
