F.E.A.R. False Evidence Appearing Real. We’ve been exploring different elements of fear and emotions and behaviors that are associated with fear. When we start to break it down further, it allows us to connect to our own awareness of how fear, at times, is False Evidence Appearing Real. This is not about an unsafe situation but related to our fears that we get entangled in and develop in our mindset and that connection within.
