She is a Master Instructor and Practitioner of Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), an Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Access Bars Practitioner along with many other modalities. She is a Licensed and Board Certified Massage Therapist of 20 + years and has been a member of AMTA since 1995.

Exclusive 4 Handed Reiki Session with Lauren Peters & Rae Stefaniak October 7 | 11:00-3:00 Cost: $45 | 30 minute session Experience a deep healing session performed simultaneously by two Reiki practitioners. The healing pair work in unison to harmonize the energy body, balancing the mind, body, and spirit. Receiving Reiki from two practitioners at once allows for profound, supercharged healing in a short amount of time.

Reiki Circle October 12 | 7:15-8:45 Cost: FREE | Limit: 14 A Reiki Circle is a gathering for sharing information and being part of a group Reiki healing experience. You do not have to be trained in Reiki to attend. With Reiki there is both a giving and receiving of energy. Energy moves in from the universe, circulates, and flows from one person to another. It is ever flowing, round and round, through time and space, from me to you and back again. Usui/Holy Fire Reiki is a natural and safe method of healing that everyone can receive. Although it is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. Reiki uses gentle touch to treat the mind, emotions, body, and spirit.
Sensing Energy: An Introductory Course with Lauren Peters October 19 | 6:30-8:30 Cost: $40 | Limit: 14
Join Lauren Peters for a fun, interactive evening of learning ways to sense energy in yourself and others. If you’ve ever wanted to experience energy or just want to know more, this hands-on class will start you on your journey of exploration of sensing energy in chakras and auras. The evening will begin with a discussion on the energy body followed by hands on exploration of feeling the energy of yourself and others. Great for blooming Reiki practitioners or anyone who may be curious.
Activities and open discussion will follow a brief lecture outlining each meeting’s topic, which may change course based on the energy of each meeting. Group work is profound for those looking to connect with, and be encouraged by, others. Due to the sensitive nature of some topics, participants must commit to the full series and sign a confidentiality waiver. This is the right time and right place to begin transforming into a lighter, freer way of living.

(6) closed-group sessions focused on creating more loving, peaceful, and grounded thought patterns. Topics include loving yourself, loving your money, loving your health and your body, loving your hurts, and more. This course is intended to bring a balanced and holistic perspective towards healing different aspects of our lives; there is a strong focus on gratitude and forgiveness work and there can be significant emotional releasing in this series. This is a safe and supportive space to do so.
In addition to the bi-weekly group meetings, you will receive (6) individual 15-20 minute check-ins during the "off" weeks.
