Meditation Group with Sakarra Rae Stefaniak

Lauren Peters is a certified Reiki Master, Crystal Healer, and Aromathapist. Sessions can include the healing energy of aromatherapy, crystals and Reiki. Each individual session is customized to meet your body's specific needs. These mini sessions are a great opportunity for those who want to try energy healing for the first time or for a quick reboot during those busy days.

Developing ourselves is a lifelong process that not only benefits the self, but all others we interact with. Our group voted to focus on the following Personal Development topics: Mindfulness, Happiness, Positivity, Emotional Awareness, and Health & Wellness. We will use these topics to address our reading selections and conversations. Please note this is not a formal class, but more of a book-club/open-group chat.

Please join us at our next gathering as we discuss The Art of Happiness, by the Dalai Lama and Howard Cutler. You do not have to read the book to attend.

Join us for a fun, interactive evening on learning ways to sense energy in yourself and others. If you’ve ever wanted to experience energy or just want to know more, this hands on class will start you on your journey of exploration of sensing energy in chakras and auras. The evening will begin with a discussion on the energy body followed by hands on exploration of feeling the energy of yourself and others. Great for blooming Reiki practitioners or anyone who may be curious.

​Worry Reduction Workshop with Sakarra Rae Stefaniak

Cost: $60 | Class Limit: 12

In this half-day class, we will address worry and the negative habitual patterns that we form to cope.  You will learn simple, effective techniques for combating stress and retraining the brain towards positive thought patterns.  Using a combination of writing exercises, breathwork, energywork, etc. you will discover techniques that are both immediately effective and easy enough for daily use.

There will be a half hour lunch break. Lunch is not provided. You can pack one or step out to grab something.

Please bring a journal, yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothes.
