As a token of our appreciation, we will be expanding our free community gatherings. In January, every Thursday will be our Free Community Outreach night.

This month's theme is about the awareness of consciousness, the power of thoughts, and using this power to transform our paths.

Meditation Group with Anna Gokieli
Janurary 4 | 7:00-8:00
Cost: FREE | Limit: 20

In this class you will develop the ability to slow down, be still, and allow the wisdom of nature to heal the body and mind. This class is a combination of going into stillness, learning various meditative techniques, and diving into deep discussion. You willlearn how to question your thoughts and break through limiting beliefs. No two classes are ever alike, the techniques used and the discussion will always depend on the energy of the group. This is an all levels class. Any clothing is fine for this class. No workout attire is needed.

We have backjacks, meditation cushions, blankets, chairs, light refreshments, popcorn, and smiling faces. You're welcome to bring whatever else you'd like.

Movie Night

Reiki Circle

A Reiki Circle is a gathering for sharing information and being part of a group Reiki healing experience. You do not have to be trained in Reiki to attend. With Reiki there is both a giving and receiving of energy. Energy moves in from the universe, circulates, and flows from one person to another. It is ever flowing, round and round, through time and space, from me to you and back again. Usui/Holy Fire Reiki is a natural and safe method of healing that everyone can receive. Although it is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. Reiki uses gentle touch to treat the mind, emotions, body, and spirit..

Personal Development Group

Developing ourselves is a lifelong process that not only benefits the self, but all others we interact with. The best gift we can give to someone is the best version of ourselves. In this group, we will read and discuss books, articles, videos, and practical exercises relating to personal development topics. The group will vote on the most desired topics of interest. We will take a light and non-judgmental approach to discussions. This is a great way to meet other individuals with interests in personal development.

The book we chose to add to our January discussion is "Thought Vibration" by William Atkinson. This book was originally written in 1908, so there are several revised versions available through BN and Amazon. It's only .99 for your kindle.
You do not have to read the book to attend.

Creative Space

Our monthly art gathering will be a place to come together, share supplies, and encourage each other's creativity. You are free to create whatever masterpiece you'd like during our art nights. We will also provide a theme for those who feel inspired by our ideas. We will have supplies, but feel free to bring some to share.

January's theme will be Vision Boards. We will go over some basic information about the purpose and creation of your board and connection to the vibration of positive thoughts and affirmations.
