Meditation Group with Nicole White
February 1 | 7:00-8:00

This gathering will be a guided mediation lead by Nicole. The guided meditation will focus on expanding the connection to your soul's true nature of unconditional love and compassion toward self and all living beings. While in meditation, Reiki will given to all group members using beeming technique.

No meditation experiece required. 

Anna will return February 8th for her weekly mediation group.
We have backjacks, meditation cushions, blankets, chairs, light refreshments, popcorn, and smiling faces. You're welcome to bring whatever else you'd like. ​

Join this interactive full-day of learning to further explore the study and practice of Reiki and become a Certified Reiki II Practitioner. We will connect to 3 sacred Reiki symbols used to intensify the healing effects of Reiki and learn how these symbols are used in Reiki healing. Lots of hands on practice time.

Exclusive 4 Handed Reiki Session with Sakarra Rae and Lauren Peters

Cost: $45 for 30 minute session

Experience a deep healing session performed simultaneously by two reiki practitioners. The healing pair work in unison to harmonize the energy body, balancing the mind, body and spirit. Receiving reiki from two practitioners as once allows for profound, supercharged healing in a short amount of time.

(6) closed-group sessions focused on creating more loving, peaceful, and grounded thought patterns. Topics include loving yourself, loving your money, loving your health and your body, loving your hurts, and more. This course is intended to bring a balanced and holistic perspective towards healing different aspects of our lives; there is a strong focus on gratitude and forgiveness work and there can be significant emotional releasing in this series. This is a safe and supportive space to do so.

​In addition to the bi-weekly group meetings, you will receive (6) individual 15-20 minute check-ins during the "off" weeks.
​Activities and open discussion will follow a brief lecture outlining each meeting’s topic, which may change course based on the energy of each meeting. Group work is profound for those looking to connect with, and be encouraged by, others. Due to the sensitive nature of some topics, participants must commit to the full series and sign a confidentiality waiver. This is the right time and right place to begin transforming into a lighter, freer way of living.

Reiki Circle

A Reiki Circle is a gathering for sharing information and being part of a group Reiki healing experience. You do not have to be trained in Reiki to attend. With Reiki there is both a giving and receiving of energy. Energy moves in from the universe, circulates, and flows from one person to another. It is ever flowing, round and round, through time and space, from me to you and back again. Usui/Holy Fire Reiki is a natural and safe method of healing that everyone can receive. Although it is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. Reiki uses gentle touch to treat the mind, emotions, body, and spirit.​.
​Opening Your Heart with Crystals with Lauren Peters
February 11 | 1:00- 2:30 PM

Join us for an afternoon of heart opening with crystals. This class is dedicated to all that crystals have to offer us in opening ourselves to more love and compassion.  Love for others, and most importantly love for ourselves. The vibration of crystals can gently crack open our hearts and give us precious tools to allow for us to have more to give and more space for healing our own hearts. In this class, Lauren will go over specific stones affiliated with the heart chakra and how to incorporate them into our everyday lives. The class will conclude with a heart chakra opening meditation.

The book we chose to add to our February gathering is "The Art of Happiness" by the Dalai Lama and Harry Cuttler. This book will be used for both February and March, half at each. 
You do not have to read the book to attend.

Personal Development Group

Developing ourselves is a lifelong process that not only benefits the self, but all others we interact with. The best gift we can give to someone is the best version of ourselves. In this group, we will read and discuss books, articles, videos, and practical exercises relating to personal development topics. The group will vote on the most desired topics of interest. We will take a light and non-judgmental approach to discussions. This is a great way to meet other individuals with interests in personal development. ​

​Healing Your Rainbow Body: Understanding and Balancing Your Chakras with Nicole White

In this introductory workshop, participants will delve into an interactive exploration of the 7 major chakras of the energy body. When our chakra centers are in balance, our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being improve, as well as our sense of groundedness and openness to others. Nicole will present a wide variety of techniques to heal chakra energy centers, allowing participants to bring home essential healing tools that can easily be incorporated into daily life.
