Guided Relaxation Meditation
Lead by: Sakarra Rae Stefaniak 1st Tuesdays | 6:30-7:30 | Cost: $10 September 3 | October 1 | November 5 | December 3 Ease tension, go within, connect to higher consciousness, and help elevate unity consciousnesses through the power of group meditation. Sakarra Rae will guide you to a place of relaxation and peace where you will let go of unwanted tension, create space for growth, and connect to manifesting your true nature. Reiki Circle
Lead by: Nicole White 2nd Thursdays: September 12 & November 14 | 7:00-8:30 Cost: Donations appreciated | Limit: 14 Join us for an evening of connection, self-care, and healing. Nicole will guide us with a meditation and open discussion on Reiki and energy work. Group healing is then provided in small groups with a Reiki Master at each table. A Reiki Circle is a gathering for sharing information and being part of a group Reiki healing experience. You do not have to be trained in Reiki to attend. Usui/Holy Fire Reiki is a natural and safe method of healing that everyone can receive. Although it is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. Reiki uses gentle touch to treat the mind, emotions, body, and spirit. Meditation Tools for Compassion Fatigue
Lead by: Yvonne Riley Tuesday, September 24 | 6:30-8:30 Cost: $35 | Limit: 12 We all have the ability to feel and experience the emotions of others. It allows us to connect with and embrace empathy and compassion. At times, this can get us off-kilter and create overwhelm. Re-balance your body using meditation tools that can be done anytime to help restore your energy, bring balance to your soul, and offset stress and compassion fatigue. You'll learn meditations that can be completed in as little as 10 minutes, as well as tools to increase your mindfulness, bring awareness to how things are affecting you, and strategies to help. Overcoming stress and compassion fatigue can be a challenge. The goal of this workshop is for you to gain tools that resonate with you and can be done easily each day or as needed. Restorative Yoga & Reiki
Lead by: Stephanie Koller & Nicole White September 26 & October 24| 7:00-8:30 Cost: $25 per class| Limit: 8 This workshop invites you to explore contentment by taking refuge in a calm center. Focusing on chakra balancing yoga postures that require no muscular exertion, you will develop a sense of relaxation, restoration, and rejuvenation. Each pose is held for several minutes and deeply supported by props – blankets, bolsters, and blocks. Throughout the class as your body balances within, Nicole will give one on one Reiki to each participant and incorporate various essential oils to further guide your energy body into a relaxed state of balancing bliss. This yoga style provides a time for being instead of doing. No yoga or meditation experience is needed and all levels are welcome. Trauma, Healing from the Inside Out

This workshop will provide you with the insight, concrete action steps and support you need to free yourself from the burden of emotional, physical and spiritual trauma you have experienced.
