This gathering is for anyone who is certified in Reiki I or higher. Nicole will provide a Reiki I or Reiki II reattunement to participants, depending on your certification level. Students who receive reattuenments often experience energetic cleansing and enhanced connection to source energy. At times, these shifts include elevated connections to synchronicities, secondary senses, and manifestations.

It is ever flowing, round and round, through time and space, from me to you and back again. Usui/Holy Fire Reiki is a natural and safe method of healing that everyone can receive. Although it is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. Reiki uses gentle touch to treat the mind, emotions, body, and spirit.

Join Berklee College of Music graduate Matt Price for a chance to experience the transformational power of group drumming.
The goal is to empower & inspire individuals to express themselves authentically through this group music making process. The workshop will focus on Intention, Presence, and Awareness through improvised group drumming, social interaction and breath work synchronized with rhythmic exercises, all in a fun and supportive environment.
Not only will participants get hands-on drumming experience, but they will also begin to understand how group drumming affects our mind and body in real time through examples and explanations backed by neuroscience.
No previous experience is necessary, beginners warmly welcomed, and drums will be provided for up to 20 participants. Pre-registration is suggested and walk-ins are welcome if there is space. If you bring your own drum you will be guaranteed a space in the workshop.

We link movement to breath, flowing from one pose to another to help you stretch and strengthen your muscles, find balance in alignment, challenge your core body, and connect to your deeper self. No prior yoga experience is required, but expect to move, work to your edge, break a sweat, and exceed your own expectations.
This class will then meet weekly from October 1st - November 19th.
