Meditation Group with Sakarra Rae Stefaniak

These weekly gatherings will be guided mediations lead by Sakarra Rae. Guided meditations will focus on creating a connection of peace within the body, increasing self-love, and finding an appreciation for moments of stillness amongst the chaos of daily living.

No meditation experience required. 
Mini Crystal Healing Session with Lauren Peters
September 7 | Times run 5:00-8:00
Cost: $20 for 20 minutes

Sessions can include the healing energy of aromatherapy, crystals, and Reiki. Each individual session is customized to meet your body's specific needs. These mini sessions are a great opportunity for those who want to try energy healing for the first time or for a quick reboot during those busy days.
Reiki Circle

A Reiki Circle is a gathering for sharing information and being part of a group Reiki healing experience. You do not have to be trained in Reiki to attend. With Reiki there is both a giving and receiving of energy. Energy moves in from the universe, circulates, and flows from one person to another. It is ever flowing, round and round, through time and space, from me to you and back again. Usui/Holy Fire Reiki is a natural and safe method of healing that everyone can receive. Although it is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. Reiki uses gentle touch to treat the mind, emotions, body, and spirit.

Join this interactive, informative day of healing and become a Certified Reiki I Practitioner. This full day class that will give you an indepth understanding of Usui/Holy Fire Reiki, how it relates to your subtle energy body, and how it is used in energy healing.  
Pre-registration is required as space is limited. ​​

Class includes: Reiki I & II Manual and Certificate of Completion.

  • Gassho meditation - meditation to attune to Reiki energy
  • Reiji-ho - connection to intuition to guide healing
  • Chiryo - use of connection with intuition to implement treatment
  • Byosen scanning (using the hands to detect shifts in the energy body and places in need of healing)
  • Kenyoku (how to clear your energy field)
  • Hands on practice giving and receiving Reiki
Usui/Holy Fire Reiki II Training & Certification with Nicole White

(Must have Reiki I certification to register for this course.)

Join this interactive full-day of learning to further explore the study and practice of Reiki and become a Certified Reiki II Practitioner. We will connect to 3 sacred Reiki symbols used to intensify the healing affects of Reiki and learn how these symbols are used in Reiki healing. Lots of hands on practice time.

Exclusive 4 Handed Reiki Session with Lauren Peters & Rae Stefaniak

Experience a deep healing session performed simultaneously by two reiki practitioners. The healing pair work in unison to harmonize the energy body, balancing the mind, body and spirit. Receiving reiki from two practitioners at once allows for profound, supercharged healing in a short amount of time.

*Please note, when scheduling it will only show Lauren. This is due to scheduling program limitations. Your session will be with Lauren and Rae.
