Susan Lucci, the beloved star of "All My Children," recently sat down with Closer Weekly for a candid conversation about her future plans, current projects, and whether or not she’s thinking about retirement. Spoiler alert: Retirement isn’t even on her radar.

At 71, Susan Lucci is still going strong, and she’s not ready to hang up her hat anytime soon. When asked about retirement, she burst out laughing. "Retirement? That’s not even a word in my vocabulary," she said with a laugh. Instead, Susan is keeping herself busy with a variety of exciting ventures, including the launch of her new workout line with QVC and her ongoing role in the hilarious show Celebrity Autobiography. It’s clear that this iconic actress is far from done making waves in the entertainment industry.

I feel so lucky and grateful to have a career that brings me so much joy," she said. Whether it’s working on her activewear line or performing on stage, Susan’s enthusiasm is contagious.     Would She Ever Return to 'All My Children'?

    Of course, Susan is best known for her iconic role as Erica Kane on "All My Children," a character she portrayed for 40 years. When asked if she’d ever consider reprising her role in a reboot of the beloved soap opera, Susan didn’t rule it out. "I would definitely be open to reconsidering," she admitted. Fans of the show are sure to be excited by the possibility of seeing Erica Kane back on screen.

    Another Spin on the Dance Floor?

    Susan also opened up about her experience on "Dancing with the Stars" back in 2008, where she was paired with the talented Tony Dovolani. Despite the grueling schedule of filming in both New York and Los Angeles, Susan described the experience as "spectacular." She even hinted that she’d be open to doing it again, though this time, she’d prefer to focus solely on the competition. "If I ever did it again, it would be my only project," she joked.
